Drift Simply Studios is a photography project by Queensland photographer Brett Mullan. His work explores a connection to the natural world through travel and the feeling of a place, capturing wildlife, landscapes, and open spaces at moments when light, atmosphere, and stillness come together.

Brett spends time exploring landscapes, observing wildlife, and travelling wherever he can. He is drawn to the quiet moments before and after something happens, when light shifts or a scene pauses before becoming busy.

He often works on loca allowing weather and changing light to shape the image. His editing remains minimal, focused on preserving natural colour, form, and mood.

Drift Simply Studios is an ongoing exploration of wild places and time spent on the road -creating images that feel calm, grounded, and deeply connected to nature.
